Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats in Russia and English.
• Provide accurate language support and translation assistance.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and update customer records as required.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet process KPIs.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Russia Language OR
• Russia B2 Certification (Mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Russia and English.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment.
