GTM Intern

At ResponCibleAI, we are building trust in AI. We are seeking a GTM Intern who thrives on conversations, curiosity, and closing the first door. This role is for individuals who love connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning interest into momentum. You will be at the forefront of growth, working directly with leadership and sales teams to fuel our pipeline and shape the adoption of responsible AI.

Compensation

• Fixed + Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Own the top-of-funnel: Generate high-quality leads.
• Identify decision-makers & influencers across target accounts.
• Engage inbound leads and craft compelling outbound messaging that gets responses.
• Build early-stage relationships and create long-term value conversations.
• Maintain clean, sharp CRM hygiene.
• Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships, hustles, side projects all count).
• Strong written & verbal communication skills—able to sell without sounding “salesy”.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple threads.
• Curious mindset—asks why, not just what.
• Bonus: Interest in AI, startups, or B2B SaaS.
