Junior Workday Engineer (Finance focus)

About the Role

Flywire is seeking a Junior Workday Functional Engineer with a Finance focus to join their team. This role is primarily responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of various functionalities using Workday core toolset, contributing to business transformation in human capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, testing, and deployment of various functionalities using Workday core toolset.
• Configuration and optimization of the Workday ecosystem, covering HCM modules.
• Integration of Workday applications to maximize system value.
• Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to provide technical expertise and lead system enhancements.
• Developing Workday systems post-implementation.
• Providing functional support and updating the system to meet business needs.
• Monitoring end-user usage and performing daily administration tasks.
• Driving business transformation by transitioning processes and tools for human capital management.
• Ensuring a friction-less experience for customers by being a key member of the engineering staff.
• Ensuring every employee and stakeholder can interact with Workday efficiently and securely.
