About the Role
Kelviq is a merchant of record and billing solutions company. This is a hybrid internship role for a Solution Engineer Intern based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and integration of software solutions for clients.
- Support the technical aspects of presales and consulting efforts.
- Assist in systems integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Contribute to creating documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration practices.
- Understanding of Presales and Sales processes.
- Interest or experience in Consulting and client-facing roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
