About the Role
We are hiring for a Domestic Customer Support Voice Process. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support voice interactions.
- Process information related to Banking, Insurance, and Renewal Process.
- Provide Customer Service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluency in English plus proficiency in one of the following languages: Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam.
- Experience in Domestic Voice Process, BPO.
Qualifications
- Immediate joining required.
- 6 days working, 1 day week off.
- PF & Incentives will be provided.
