About the Role

Content Creator Intern at MyFirstAd, a result-driven digital marketing agency. This internship provides hands-on experience in developing engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and digital campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment. This role is based in New Delhi and offers a hybrid work structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team by developing engaging content.
• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Draft posts and articles.
• Assist with basic visual content or creatives.
• Help schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Monitor content performance.
• Gather insights.
• Suggest improvements aligned with campaign objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and social media.
• Ability to craft clear, engaging messages for online audiences.
• Basic writing and editing skills (grammar, structure, attention to detail).
• Willingness to learn content best practices.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Understanding of what makes content perform well.
• Comfort with using common digital tools (e.g., Google Docs, Canva or similar design tools, basic CMS or publishing platforms).
• Ability to learn new software.
• Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Bonus: Any prior internship, project work, or portfolio demonstrating content, design, or social media experience.
