Junior Project Analyst

About the Role

The Junior Project Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and tracking of projects related to platform enhancements, user experience improvements, and service delivery. This full-time remote role involves gathering and documenting requirements, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in monitoring timelines, budgets, and risks. The Junior Project Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, and engineering, to ensure tasks are well-defined and executed on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical and reporting skills: data collection, basic data analysis, preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
• Project coordination skills: task tracking, timeline monitoring, documentation, support for risk and issue management.
• Communication and collaboration skills: clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, ability to work effectively in remote teams.
• Technical and digital skills: familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), project management software, and online collaboration platforms.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills: attention to detail, time management, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in online education, interview preparation, or career development services.
• Prior internship or experience in a project or operations role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
