Banking Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Perform unwrapping of shareholder or entity details.
• Conduct investigations, collect data, and compile documentation and evidence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
• Identify and resolve regular and non-routine problems.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader/Line Manager/Unit Head as needed.
• Observe the highest degree of confidentiality in handling information.
• Use established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems, including:
• Fact finding
• Information search and gathering
• Verifying data
• Compilation
• Recognize when there is insufficient information and bring problems to the attention of TL/Manager.
• Monitor and track resolution of issues.

• Basic understanding of the KYC/CDD domain.
• Ability to understand moderately complex transactions.
