About the Role

The Intern – Founder's Office role is a hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work from home. This internship offers exposure to strategic thinking, studio management, and the creative process behind high-end spatial design.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Prepare meeting materials.
• Handle internal communication.
• Conduct research on design trends and market opportunities.
• Organize project documentation.
• Assist with presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with different studio functions.
• Maintain up-to-date records.
• Help streamline workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
• Research and analytical skills to gather insights on design, market trends, and operational improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for emails, presentations, and internal updates.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and online collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in design, architecture, interiors, or creative industries.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Delhi, India.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with working closely with leadership, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., design, architecture, business, communications) preferred.
