Talent Acquisition Associate

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Associate at NxtWave.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates.
• Screen resumes.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews.
• Support hiring decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Use recruitment tools and platforms to identify suitable talent.
• Communicate effectively with candidates at each stage of the process.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding.

• Skills in Recruiting for managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate talent and support effective selection decisions.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job boards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with professional networking platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment coordination is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
