About the Role
SpeEdLabs is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Trainers to deliver engaging training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to explain technical topics through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, and interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI, Robotics, and STEM training sessions for students, teachers, and educational institutions.
- Explain AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, generative AI, and related technologies in a simple and engaging manner.
- Deliver practical demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning sessions.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on activities.
- Support students in developing AI-based projects and participating in competitions and innovation programs.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, and internal teams to ensure effective training delivery.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions based on project requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with different levels of experience.
- Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or workshop experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
