About the Role
The 2027 Summer Internship Program at Select Medical's corporate office in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, offers a 12-week paid internship designed for college juniors or seniors. Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of ServiceNow platform technical solutions and services.
- Assist in project work under the direction of senior team members.
- Support the full SDLC, including requirements review, development, technical documentation, testing, and delivery of system enhancements and new functionality.
- Provide production support.
- Research and communicate identified system improvements.
- Continually demonstrate an increase in development skills within the Select Medical ServiceNow platform.
- Provide transparent project support through clear communication of progress and risks.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting of existing systems.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Software Development or a related major.
- Sophomore year must be completed before the internship starts.
- Attendance for the entire internship is required.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and mature individual.
Internship Dates: Monday, May 17, 2027, to Friday, August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)
Rate: $15.50 per hour
Location: On-site in Mechanicsburg, PA
