About the Role
TOPGRILLS, a company specializing in Invisible Balcony Grill installations, is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to automate their entire business workflow. The goal is to build an end-to-end automated system managing the customer journey from New Lead to Final Payment Received.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Automation: Capture leads from Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, and other sources into a single CRM.
- AI-Powered Follow-ups: Automate WhatsApp messages, lead nurturing, reminders, and customer communication.
- Sales Pipeline Automation: Track leads, customer interactions, site visits, quotations, and conversions.
- Installation Workflow: Automate scheduling, team assignments, installation status, and customer updates.
- Payment Tracking: Automate payment reminders, balance tracking, payment confirmations, and status updates.
- Business Dashboard: Build real-time dashboards for sales, pending installations, collections, and business performance.
