Supply Chain Plan&Analyt Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on Planning, exception management, & inventory management.
• Phase-In & Supply Planning: Manage the integration of new parts into the aftersales supply chain and oversee supply planning for recall campaigns to ensure timely distribution and compliance.
• Demand Forecasting: Develop mid- and long-term demand forecasts for parts and services.
• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with product availability, avoiding stockouts or overstock.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless flow of materials.
• Cross-Functional Coordination and Escalations: Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, transportation, expediting) and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
• Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• The decisions that you make would impact your own work.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
