About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Trainees to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and building a career in HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri is an advantage.
- Good coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or postgraduate candidate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Candidates interested in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 15,000 in-hand during probation period
