About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify labeling, quantities, and shipping documentation.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Document and report non-compliant shipments.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support inventory and shipping documentation processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and MIS systems.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; warehouse, printing, or office experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
