About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Junior Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their study-abroad goals, and convert incoming leads into counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand students' study-abroad interests, preferred destinations, budgets and academic goals.
• Schedule counselling appointments with the counselling team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
• Consistently follow up with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
• Handle basic queries, overcome objections and maintain professional communication.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly appointment or conversion targets.
• Coordinate with counsellors to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or business development.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software.
• A proactive, disciplined and target-driven attitude.
• Interest in education, sales and customer relationship management.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
