Sales Marketing Executive Intern

About the Role

This remote Sales Marketing Executive Intern role involves supporting marketing and sales activities across Vertex Development’s technology solutions. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into sales and marketing within a technology-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Support outreach to prospective clients and partners.
• Help prepare sales and marketing materials.
• Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track basic performance metrics under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Market Planning for technology products and services.
• Foundational skills in Marketing and Sales, with interest in lead generation, campaign support, and client outreach.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation tools, social media platforms) to support marketing and sales tasks.
• Interest in technology, digital products, and innovation, with willingness to learn about Vertex Development’s services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
