About the Role
Modular Designs and Paint LLC is opening a new Palm Beach branch and building its sales team. This role involves working with homeowners interested in home additions, backyard homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and outdoor living projects. The company provides inbound leads, product and sales training, and support with customer financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads.
- Understand homeowner project requirements.
- Book showroom appointments.
- Meet with clients, explain project options.
- Follow up on proposals through signing.
- Introduce available financing options.
- Coordinate next steps with the team.
- Track appointments, proposals, and follow-ups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Confidence speaking with customers in both English and Spanish.
- Drive to pick up the phone, follow through, and implement feedback.
- Interest in residential construction and helping homeowners plan projects.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
- Sales performance can lead to $15,000+ per month in commissions.
- Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager positions by delivering results and demonstrating coaching ability.
