About the Role

As a Chemistry Teacher (Chemielehrer:in) in the iA Financial Group BC Sales Team, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and following up on chemistry lessons, conveying fundamental and applied chemistry concepts in an understandable and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Create curricula, teaching materials, and experiments.
• Foster independent learning.
• Guide learning progress through regular performance assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and subject areas to further develop teaching concepts.
• Implement modern teaching methods.
• This is a full-time position to be performed exclusively on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region.

Qualifications

• Subject Didactics and Teaching: Sound competencies in chemistry teaching and chemistry pedagogy, with the ability to plan and conduct lessons (Chemistry Education, Teaching, Lesson Planning).
• Scientific Fundamentals: Solid knowledge in Chemistry and supplementary knowledge in Physics to design factually correct and interdisciplinary lessons (Chemistry Education, Physics).
• Communication and Pedagogical Skills: Very good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to convey complex content clearly and understandably to target audiences (Communication, Teaching).
• Education and Experience: Completed degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Didactics, or a related natural science subject; pedagogical qualification and teaching experience, ideally at the secondary level.
• Further Competencies: Ability to design safe laboratory environments, interest in school quality development, digital competency in application.
