About the Role
This is an early career program for new graduates focusing on financial analysis, data analysis, and controls and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives across process optimization, financial modeling, and client data analysis.
- Build your portfolio through business innovation challenges and competitive analysis projects.
- Use AI and automation to turn data into insights and streamline how the business runs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Available to start July 2027 alongside your cohort.
- Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Successful application submission is conditional to profile evaluation by our AI system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
- Typically 3.0+ GPA (transcript required).
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, business projects, or campus involvement.
- Strong problem-solver who thrives in business ambiguity and complex operational challenges.
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels and present to executive stakeholders.
- Genuine curiosity about fintech, stock market, and financial markets.
