About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates starting their careers in business analysis who are eager to work with data, improve business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Support data collection, validation, and basic data analysis.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to understand project needs.
- Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report issues when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation and track task progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data queries.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting.
