About the Role
Crepdog Crew is a dynamic retail and lifestyle brand operating in a fast-paced environment. The Financial Reporting Analyst – Fintech/E-Commerce is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track key financial metrics.
- Support monthly and quarterly closes.
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Perform detailed financial analysis on e-commerce and fintech operations.
- Monitor revenue and cost trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel or similar tools for data modeling and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday
- Working Hours: 11am - 8pm
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with practical understanding of Financial Statements.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis within fintech, e-commerce, or retail environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills.
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
