About the Role
NALS Outdoors India offers a FREE adventure internship for a period of 90 days in the field of OBT and mountaineering. This is a LIMITED TIME opportunity for UNEMPLOYED YOUTH from ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD sections, designed to improve self-confidence and fitness. The internship is a fantastic opportunity to enter the fast-growing field of adventure for those who are fit and passionate about the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Training with superior safety equipment.

- Undertaking a demanding outdoor schedule.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physically fit.
- Able to withstand a very demanding outdoor schedule.
- Clean habits - no smoking and drinking.
- Hardworking and energetic.
- Passionate about the outdoors.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- College or school dropouts can also apply.
- Age must be below 22 years.
- Candidates with arrears are also welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: Rs. 3000 per month.
- Vegetarian meals provided.
- Accommodation provided at Manjacombai or Coimbatore premises.
- Experience certificate provided after completion.
- Potential for employment for deserving candidates post-internship.
Notes:
- Candidates will make their own arrangements for travel to and from the NALS campus.
- Candidates may be asked to leave the internship at any time due to inappropriate behaviour/habits or local shutdown.
- Candidates can leave the internship at any time if they find a suitable job.
