International Voice support Executive

About the Role

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
• Maintain a polite, positive, and professional approach throughout every interaction.
• Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates should be confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
• A degree is preferred, depending on company requirements.
• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post-Graduation
