About the Role
The Legal Research Intern role at Zenithindia is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role offers hands-on exposure to practical legal work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and industry-specific issues relevant to marketing, technology, and intellectual property.
- Summarize research findings.
- Prepare drafts of legal documents and internal memos.
- Assist in reviewing agreements, privacy policies, and compliance-related materials.
- Organize legal files.
- Maintain research databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify legal requirements for campaigns and products.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with current enrollment in or recent completion of a law program.
- Excellent Research and Analytical Skills to interpret legal sources and present clear, concise insights.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, notices, or legal briefs.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and document findings.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills.
- Interest in technology, digital media, and marketing-related legal issues such as IP, data privacy, and compliance.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools and online legal research platforms.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
