About the Role
- Work From Home (WFH) - Remote position
- Salary: CTC: 18k - 19k per month | In-Hand: 13k - 14k per month
- Openings for Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Immediate joiners welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Executive duties
- Handling customer inquiries via voice and potentially chat (blended process)
- Providing customer support and care
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Laptop with i5 or above processor
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Wi-Fi with at least 50 Mbps speed
- Power backup / Inverter is mandatory
- Must be comfortable working from home
- Comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Shift
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible
- Excellent and fluent communication skills in English & Hindi (both are mandatory)
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Good customer-handling skills
- Fluency in Hindi & English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently from home
