About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists in Bengaluru. We are actively seeking freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk with customers and resolve their queries end to end
- Troubleshoot technical issues (training will be provided)
- Spot patterns in feedback and help improve the support process
- Track daily metrics and see growth in numbers
