Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and SpO2.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient examinations.
- Perform wound dressing, IV cannulation, and catheter care.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment charts.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to doctors.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about medications and healthcare instructions.
