About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position
• Location: East of Kailash, Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and graphic assets for brand identities, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital experiences.
• Ensure alignment with strategic and creative direction.
• Design layouts, illustrations, and social media creatives.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and developers.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use.
• Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Iterate on visual solutions based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality work.
• Experience in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities, including logos, color systems, and visual guidelines.
• Ability to produce engaging Graphics for campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Skills in Web Design, including designing responsive interfaces and collaborating with developers on implementation.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to interpret briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
