Stipend: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month

About the Role

• Hands-on apprenticeship for individuals aiming to become AI generalists, utilizing AI tools across business functions.
• Work directly with the founder on marketing, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder on day-to-day priorities, projects, and experiments.
• Assist with B2B marketing activities: LinkedIn content, email campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and lead generation.
• Support software sales: prospect research, outreach, CRM upkeep, demo prep, and follow-ups.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations (prompts, agents, no-code tools) to improve marketing, sales, and internal operations.
• Conduct research on competitors, markets, and customers, and provide recommendations.
• Track metrics and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Curious, resourceful, and quick learner with a bias for action.
• Actively using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) with a desire to deepen knowledge.
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and owning tasks end to end.
• Currently a student or recent graduate in any discipline.
• Able to work from the Delhi office.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
• Bonus: Prior experience with content creation, a CRM, no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), or basic Python.
