About the Role
VAMA Gears is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join our team on-site in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor workflows.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Improve processes.
- Support customer service efforts to meet client expectations and resolve inquiries effectively.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Operations management, including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication to collaborate with teams, partners, and customers effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process improvement, and decision-making.
- Experience in Customer Service to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate records and timely execution of tasks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced on-site environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
