About the Role

• Growth Intern - Founding Team at TrySideDoor
• The first person on the team, working directly with the founder.
• In-office role in Bangalore.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm.
• Start date: Mid-November.
• Compensation: ₹10,000 per month fixed, plus commission on closed clients. Potential to earn around ₹30,000 per month.
• Perks: Own Claude seat, certificate, letter of recommendation, and potential for a full-time role.
• Scope will evolve as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on calls with individuals who have contacted TrySideDoor.
• Understand client needs, explain company processes, and help clients determine if TrySideDoor is a good fit.
• Follow up with interested individuals via WhatsApp and calls using the CRM's follow-up plan.
• Set up new clients after they join.
• Log all calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM daily.
• Provide feedback to the founder on what is working and what is not, and assist in improving sales processes.
• Maintain honesty with clients, avoiding promises of jobs or interviews, and presenting accurate information.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to people for most of the day.
• Ability to hold a real conversation with individuals significantly older.
• Previous sales experience (product, fest tickets, ideas, convincing friends, etc.).
• Must be in Bangalore or able to relocate by mid-November.
• Must be able to work from the office every day.
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, with no conflicts from full-time classes or a second job.
• Ability to figure things out independently.
• Enjoyment in helping experienced professionals find their next job.
• Good spoken English and Hindi.
