2nd Class Boiler Operator

Basic Function

• Responsible for the loading of the fuel & water into the boiler.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Responsible for safe shut down and start-up of boilers & boiler auxiliaries.
• Ensure boilers are operating at an optimal condition by adjusting controls for Biomass fuel, water, compressors, and steam.
• Handing over of equipment for maintenance & inspection and taking over after maintenance.
• Observe pressure, temperature, and draft meters on panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems and feed water regulators.
• Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives, and business plans of the Company.
• Monitoring and supervision of insurances.
• Monitor HSSE / EHS standards of Project Sites in consultation with Sites in Charge and as per Company Policy.
• Any task assigned by Management.
