About the Role
Join Vestas as a Yard Inspector in our Goleniów factory. You will play a key role in ensuring product excellence, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting production teams in a dynamically developing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor and document compliance with instructions, procedures, and acceptance criteria at every stage of the production process.
- Define and oversee repair scopes, maintain checklists and inspection lists, and report daily quality observations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and attachments related to repairs, according to current guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams on quality control tasks and resolving current issues.
- Identify and report delays or deviations from standard processes, and participate in root cause analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing updates to work instructions and participating in 5S and Lean activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in quality control or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (WI) and quality assurance procedures.
- Basic understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology.
- Ability to read and apply technical documentation and instructions.
