About the Role
- A Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Six Phrase | Veranda.
- Work Timings: 12pm to 9pm.
- Work Location: Coimbatore (17, Parameswaran Layout, G K D Nagar, Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641037).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary Information
- Freshers: Rs.15000 to Rs.20000 during a 6-month internship. Post-internship: 2.4 to 4 LPA.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to Rs.30,000 per month CTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with heads of the organization, operations, and sales teams to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information (resumes, contact details) using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events in colleges.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
