About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support employee onboarding by coordinating documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and ongoing HR projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient HR operations and employee support.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and assist in generating HR-related documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance with company policies.
