UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role

• UI/UX Design Intern at WhiterApps, a startup IT Company in the United States focused on Android and iOS app development.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating designs for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Collaborating with other departments (marketing, product design, sales) to ensure design alignment with needs and goals.
• Preparing files for print, ensuring correct setup and high quality.
• Maintaining design files and asset libraries for easy access and sharing.
• Researching design trends and best practices to incorporate into work.
• Communicating with clients to understand needs and present designs for feedback.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing project files.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign.
• A portfolio of design work showcasing skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design or a related field (e.g., visual communication).
• Creativity and artistic ability.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication skills for conveying design ideas and receiving feedback.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

Note: Position is unpaid for 3 months, with potential for permanent role after successful probation. Offers international exposure, a certificate, LOR, and PPO. 5 days work from home.
