About the Role
False Nine is a new Bengaluru content agency making short-form video and social content for brands. We are building our first team and move fast.
The Role
You will shoot and edit scroll-stopping videos, quickly. Editing speed is the most important skill here, followed by solid shooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot short-form video in Bengaluru for brand shoots, events and with our presenter, on phone or camera
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, often with same-day turnaround
- Add captions, motion text, sound design and transitions that fit each platform
- Work closely with our presenter on shots, cuts and pacing
- Use AI tools to speed up shooting and editing workflows
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fast, confident editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Comfortable shooting on a phone or mirrorless camera, with a good sense of framing, lighting and clean audio
- A feel for pacing, hooks and what keeps people watching
- Able to take feedback and turn around revisions quickly
Qualifications
- Freshers welcome with a strong portfolio
Nice to have
- After Effects or motion graphics experience
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, captions or images
