Creative & Event Pop Up Assistant Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a NYC-based Creative & Event Assistant Intern to support our perfume brand and collaborative projects with ASAP Illz. This role is ideal for a fast-moving creative interested in pop-ups, photo/video content creation, and hands-on brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pop-Ups & Events: Assist with setup, guest engagement, and on-site logistics for NYC pop-up activations.
- Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) at events, shoots, and behind the scenes.
- General Assistance: Support daily creative operations, product prep, and scheduling alongside the core team.
Qualifications
- Must be based in NYC or the surrounding area with ability to travel to local events.
- Proficient in shooting photo/video and editing content on mobile or editing software.
- Strong interest in fragrance, fashion, and NYC creative culture.
- Punctual, organized, and comfortable in high-energy event environments.
