About the Role

The Cashier role at KAPITAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions.
• Receive payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash, card, and digital payment records.
• Operate the cash register or POS system.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Ensure pricing and discounts are applied correctly.
• Respond to customer inquiries about billing.
• Provide courteous service.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve payment-related issues.
• Follow company policies for financial controls.
• Support basic reporting needs.
• Help maintain an orderly and professional checkout or payment area.
