About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in West Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain loan products.
- Gather basic financial and personal information to assess eligibility.
- Maintain call records.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Schedule follow-ups or appointments.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Share information about different loan options.
- Support customers through the initial stages of the loan process.
- Meet daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide polite, clear, and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge or interest in financial products and loans (personal loans, business loans, home loans, loans against property, education loans) and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass).
- Graduation in any field is an advantage.
- Prior telecalling, telesales, or call center experience in finance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional, respectful attitude and commitment to customer-focused service.
