Licensed Clinical Psychologist

About the Role

Mind Mining Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for Male Freshers to be based in New Delhi, Gurugram & Noida. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and structured clinical interviews for individuals across age groups.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain detailed clinical records.
• Offer clinical supervision or guidance to junior staff or trainees.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Contribute to program development, psychoeducational workshops, and research or outcome evaluations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Psychological Testing: Selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessment tools.
• Mental Health Care: Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral conditions.
• Clinical Supervision or mentoring experience is beneficial.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a structured caseload.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including effective use of telehealth platforms and digital record systems.
• Previous experience in a clinical, hospital, or counseling center setting is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Recognized license or registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology.
• Ability to work sensitively with diverse client groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
