Operations & Supply Chain Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and improvement of operational systems, including:
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate inventory management, order flow, and outbound logistics with 3PL, delivery, and installation partners.
• Inventory Management:
• Track inventory levels across warehouses and field deployments.
• Support inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Servicing & Operational Reliability:
• Help manage processes related to equipment installation and consumables replenishment.
• Coordinate internal and external resources required to deliver seamless BPaaS offering.
• Operational Performance:
• Track operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost management.
• Support the development of processes and systems that enable the company to scale.
• Client Interface: Coordinate with client points of contact to ensure elite client satisfaction ratings.
• Work cross-functionally with teams including sales, customer support, and finance to ensure a reliable and consistent operational experience for customers.

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – in office Tuesday–Thursday)

Compensation: $68,000-$80,000
