About the Role

The AM Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for teams, with an emphasis on improving performance, product knowledge, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting needs assessments.
• Designing training modules.
• Facilitating classroom and small-group sessions.
• Providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Collaborating with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Tracking training outcomes.
• Preparing reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, effective, and engaging training experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse teams.
• Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and monitor effective learning programs.
• Instructional Design skills to create structured, engaging, and measurable training content.
• Customer Service skills to understand client needs and incorporate service excellence into training.
• Relevant experience in corporate training, sales enablement, or learning and development, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple training assignments, and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for creating presentations, reports, and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in HR, Education, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
