Software Engineer

About the Role

• Work across modern backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable applications alongside a collaborative engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Java/Spring Boot or .NET technologies.
• Build responsive UIs using React and TypeScript.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC.

Tech Stack You'll Work With

• Languages: Java (8/11/17), C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
• Backend: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material-UI, Jest, React Testing Library
• Cloud and DevOps: AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM), Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or professional roles all count).
• Strong grasp of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with at least one backend stack: Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Git, and the SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A genuine willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to Have: Exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and automated testing.
