Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
Salary Package
- Freshers / 06 Months Experience: 23,000 take-home per month
- Candidates with 6+ Months of Experience: Up to 39,000 take-home per month
- Note: Salary is fixed as per the applicable experience category. No salary negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Maintain professional call-handling etiquette.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in a team.
