Labkro is a technology platform connecting patients with trusted, certified diagnostic laboratories. It allows users to compare prices, book lab tests, and arrange for home sample collection. The company is focused on building a transparent and affordable healthcare system across India.

The Role

This is a broad internship where you will work closely with the founders, taking ownership of projects across various areas such as growth, operations, lab partnerships, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Run growth & marketing experiments end-to-end.
• Onboard and support diagnostic-lab partners, assisting in expansion to new cities and pincodes.
• Gather insights from patients and labs to inform product and operations.
• Build simple dashboards and analyses to track key metrics like bookings, revenue, and partner health.
• Own and execute special projects assigned by the founders.
• Assist with hiring, partnerships, and content development.

About You

• A hungry generalist who learns quickly and is comfortable with ambiguity and challenging tasks.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• A bias for action and ownership; you are proactive in shipping and iterating.
• Comfortable working with numbers and tools like Sheets/Excel. Experience with data, design, or no-code tools is a plus.
• Available full-time for 3 months. Curiosity in healthcare or startups is beneficial.

• Stipend: ₹7,000 per month for the 3-month internship.
• Path to Full-Time: Strong performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role.
