- 7 stores in Ahmedabad (Gota, Science City Road, Vastrapur, Nehrunagar, Bodakdev, Jodhpur, CG Road).
- Assignment to any store based on company requirements; store selection is not possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related queries professionally.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and proper merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability, replenish shelves, and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
- Maintain sales records, customer details, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with stock verification, inventory management, and price tagging.
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer satisfaction.
