Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and manage scrap pickup appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and recycling processes.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations and Fleet for smooth pickup execution.
• Maintain customer records and interaction history in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and service feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments in a timely manner.
• Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
